Sustainability, authenticity, safety, adventure
Snow Vigil
Our guided expeditions are unique. On our 8 or 12 day programs, we travel between remote villages in the seldom-visited alpine region of Racha, exploring a vast assortment of options for freeriding, ski-touring and splitboarding as we make our way across the region.
Fun for all levels
Whether you are just starting out in skitouring/splitboarding or you are a seasoned ski mountaineer, we have the skills, knowledge and tools necessary to support your adventure.
Internationally accredited guiding and avalanche education
Adventure, fun and comfort are our priorities, but first and foremost is safety. We have excellent safety systems and equipment, and we partner with internationally accredited guides and avalanche forecasters. We take care of all contingency planning and hazard analysis with top-notch professionalism. All programs feature a half-day of avalanche education.
Winter camping
We will make several winter camping trips during our 8 or 12 day programs. Hot meals are provided by the team. Equipment is pre-arranged by our team. A warm tent with a wood stove is provided for drying clothes, dining, and hanging out after a long day. We provide all winter camping essentials such as sleeping bags, mats, and tents. We can also provide avalanche safety equipment. We offer possibilities for longer trips and ski mountaineering objectives as well. All you need to do is show up with your skis ready for an adventure.
Rest and recover in beautiful historic villages
After each camping of the 3 camping trips, we will visit a historic village and stay in a local guesthouse for hot showers and a warm welcome from locals. Traditional Georgian cuisine and a chance to interact and learn about the life and history here with our Georgian team members.
